What kind of photo should I upload?

Any recent photo of yourself taken against a plain, light background. Don't worry if it's not perfect - our expert team will tell you if it needs to be retaken before printing. You can use your phone camera, a regular camera, or even an existing digital photo if it's recent and meets the basic requirements. Our team will guide you through anything that needs to change.

How long does the whole process take?

Ordering takes about 4 minutes. Your digital file is emailed within hours of your order being placed. For Print + Digital orders, your printed photos are dispatched same day (for orders placed before 2pm) and delivered in 1–2 business days anywhere in Australia.

What if my photo gets rejected by the passport office?

We'll reprint and redeliver your photos at absolutely no cost to you - that's our 100% acceptance guarantee. Just email us a copy of the rejection notice and we'll take care of everything. In practice, our expert review means rejection almost never happens.

Can I order photos for multiple countries at once?

Yes - the Family Bundle lets you order for up to 4 people in a single order, even with different countries for each person. If you need photos for different countries individually, simply place separate orders. Alternatively, contact us directly and we can help arrange a custom order.

Is the digital file the same as the printed file?

Yes. The digital file you receive is the exact same high-resolution file used to produce your prints - resized and formatted to your country's official specifications at 600 dpi minimum. It's ready for online passport applications, visa submissions, or any other official use that accepts digital passport photos.

If anything needs adjusting, we'll email you with specific guidance and a free retake option. Once printed, you'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.
