How quickly will I receive my order?

Digital files are emailed the same day - usually within hours of your order being reviewed. For print orders placed before 2pm AEST, we dispatch same day. Delivery is 1–2 business days to most Australian addresses via tracked Australia Post.

Does every plan include expert human review?

Yes - every single order, regardless of plan, goes through human expert review. A trained person checks your photo against your country's official requirements before we process anything. Not automated - a real person, every time.

What if my photo needs retaking?

If our expert identifies an issue before printing, we'll contact you with specific guidance and a free retake. This doesn't cost anything extra and we'll still aim to dispatch same day once your new photo is approved.

Can I order for a country other than Australia?

Is there a surcharge for urgent orders?

No surcharges. Digital orders are processed same day as standard. For print, if you need guaranteed next-day delivery, contact us before ordering and we can arrange express shipping for a small additional postage fee.

Why does dye sublimation printing matter?

Many countries explicitly require dye sublimation or lab-quality printing. Inkjet prints from photo booths can fade, smear when wet, and are frequently rejected. Our dye sublimation process produces the same quality as professional photo labs - the only print method we use.
